In-person consultation
- In-person consultation is only available inspecific areas of Spain, so it is necessary to check if this visit is possible. If not, you can opt for the online consultation instead.
- The in-person consultation includes one home visit, a physical evaluation of the animal's condition, nutritional recommendations based on this visit sent via email or WhatsApp, as well as the resolution of any questions regarding these nutritional guidelines by phone It does not include any additional in-person visits or online follow-up
- You can book an in-person follow-up package or purchase a monthly online follow-up.
- Depending on your furry friend's health status, or how slow or fast the transition to natural feeding is, a more extensive follow-up may be necessary. This would require scheduling a new in-person visit, purchasing an in-person follow-up package, or opting for a monthly online follow-up. The pace of the transition will be determined by your dog or cat, as each animal is special in its own way
- If, after some time following the transition, additional online consultations are needed, there are fees for single calls, or you can choose an online package that allows a maximum of 3 single calls within a 3-month period from the date of purchase. Alternatively, if preferred, a new in-person visit can be scheduled. Please note that you will need to book an appointment and payment will be required prior to the consultation.
