Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer before starting any in-person or online consultation. Additionally, please note that once the payment has been made we will not be able to issue any refunds.
The in-person consultation includes only the first visit to the home. In situations where more extensive follow-up is required, you can choose to pay for an additional in-person visit, purchase a follow-up package, or opt for monthly online follow-up.
Online coonsultation does not include in-person visits
Once the in-person visit is booked, no changes can be made.
In-person visits are only available in certain locations within the province of Barcelona. Contact us if you are interested.
In-person visits can be changed or canceled with at least one day's notice. In no case will the payment made be refunded.
We will stay in frequent contact, so we would appreciate it if you could keep us informed about how your dog or cat is progressing with the dietary change, either via WhatsApp or email. We understand that each animal progresses at its own pace, so you will not receive an automated message at a fixed time. Instead, we kindly ask that you keep us updated on the transition process for each dog or cat.
