- Online consultations are conducted via WhatsApp messages, email, and/or WhatsApp or FaceTime calls. In-person visits are not included
- Depending on the health status of your four-legged friend, or how slow or fast the transition to natural feeding is, more extensive follow-up may be necessary, which would require a new payment of the monthly fee.
- The pace of the transition will be set by your dog or cat, as each animal is special in its own way.
- If additional online consultations are needed after a period following the transition, there are fees for individual calls, or you can opt for an online package that includes up to 3 consultations within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.
- Please note that you will need to book a time and payment will be required before the consultation.
