DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
Individuals whose data is processed by Alkimeal are entitled to exercise their data protection rights. These include the right to access their data, the right to rectify incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete data, and the right to have their data deleted when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that initially justified its processing.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD (DATA DELETION)

those purposes.
ORIGIN OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed by Alkimeal, in compliance with a task carried out in the public interest, the exercise of public authority granted to the data controller, compliance with a legal obligation, or the execution of a contract, originates directly from the individuals concerned or their representatives.
In cases where the data does not originate directly from the individuals concerned, Article 14 of the GDPR will be complied with by providing the individual with the additional required information when personal data has not been obtained from them. This will specifically include the obligation to inform about the source of the data and the categories of personal data being processed.
